Typhron's news Reel: Lich king too dark?

Well, actually that means he's good at something. But still, read some of the comments, they're quite insightful. What do you guys think?

So far I have noticed that everything feels a little darker, at least in color scheme. If anything I feel that there is a lot Lord of the Rings reference. I mean spend about a half an hour in Icecrown to get the whole Arthas=Sauron thing.

Have you seen WoWinsider's comparison of the two? There's some really good similiarities pointed out there.
