Cliffnotes version: Due to a bug, Mutilate specced Rogues are providing an increased crit chance to their entire raid, and this bug/effect stacks with multiple Mutilate Rogues.

This Bug has now been fixed.
Some raids were getting upwards of +60% crit, and had to have some rogues spec out of it because people could not manage that much crit.

Just checked EJ, and it seems you are correct. The official forums are a bit slow to notice such things.
At least now there's no need to wrestle with the temptation of exploiting this. ;x

I disagree with the guy in the official forums thread that said the fights need to be rebalanced to compensate. I haven't found any of the bosses (except maybe Malygos) to have a prohibitive amount of HP to drop within the alloted time.
